Independent. TEMPE/RENT is a non-commercial, independent information site. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any property, management company, or Arizona State University (ASU). Property names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the properties.
Accuracy. Rents, amenities and specials are summarized from publicly available sources, such as each property's official website, as of the date shown, and may be inaccurate or out of date. Listed rents are usually the starting rate for the lowest-priced floor plan and may not include fees, utilities or parking. Nothing here is an offer to rent. Always confirm directly with the leasing office before signing. Information is provided "as is" without warranty, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on it.
Not a broker. TEMPE/RENT is not a real estate broker, does not negotiate leases, and receives no commission. Leases are made directly between you and each property.

Sources. Card images are original illustrations, not photos. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Transit data from Valley Metro's public GTFS feed. Historical prices from archived pages on the Internet Archive (Wayback Machine). Distances to ASU are measured along walking routes from the Memorial Union; light rail distances are estimates.
Privacy. We do not collect personal information such as names or email addresses. To improve the site, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts anonymous, cookie-free page views (page views, country, device type).
Corrections & removal. Property owners and visitors can ask us to correct or remove a listing at any time, and we will update it after checking.
